Can’t seem to find this song anywhere in the World Wide Web. Not even on Trent’s website itself. It is probably unreleased, but if you do have a link, please do share! Much appreciated

1. It Only Takes a Minute Girl by Tavares
  • A funky and groovy song which is quite sexy. A good oldie which I am glad to have stumbled upon.
2. The Fog Rose High by Craft Spells
  • A bittersweet melody which I think is chilled but has great depth in the music and lyrics.
3. Wasted (Bonus Track) by Civil Twilight
  • Like the song title, it has a drunk on love and drunk vibe to the song.
  • Interesting music style and pretty good haunting lyrics, the same style as the previous song
4. Burning Drums Of Fire by C.J. & Company
  • A groovy song that is quite cheesy, like a theme song to a cop movie or cop show
  • Pretty catchy and would most probably get you to start grooving to it
  • Nice transitions in between the song, but still, like what you’d expect from the 70s
5. Just Because You Love by Peter Sivo Band
  • An alright 70s love song or such. Average and frankly quite cheesy but not too bad. With exaggerated lyrics.
6. Finger Lickin’ Good by Dennis Coffey
  • Groovy song with the low breath whisper parts and awesome trumpets and guitar mixes
  • Quite theatrical, not much lyrics but a good song to shake and groove to
7. Hold Your Fire by Trent Dabbs

Share your thoughts on the songs on this episode here or on the actual show itself on my other post covering the episode here.

Taking more than a minute,
Summer.
